SunSoft is a piece of management software for tanning salons, conceived and realised by Cityfield IT-Solutions GmbH. The development of this multifunctional control system for tanning salons began in 1996.

From 1998 onwards, it was called SunSoft. In association with cooperative tanning salons, the software as well as the control system were developed and tested within the company itself. Being in the 3^rd generation nowadays, SunSoft shows its best aspects.Straightforward, user-friendly appliance, practically-oriented usage and most of all continuity put SunSoft in a league of its own.

Whether it is tanning bed-treatment, optimizing the customer flow in tanning salons, or the processing of turnover, employee behaviour or instant win games - we offer you a user-friendly solution. For necessity?s sake and / or on demand, you can bring supplementary components into action in your tanning salon, in addition to the basic system.

You run the entire system in your salon with no more than 4 keyboard button combinations, and because of the uncomplicated controls, you will have more time for your customers. Just press one button and you will know who is standing in front of you, the client?s skin type, sun history, preferred tanning bed, favourite make-up, birthday, credit and / or tanning time left and, should something occasionally be left behind (watches, necklaces, underwear or the chef?s regards), it can immediately be noticed and the client can be informed personally by phone, e-mail or sms.

The tanning salon manager or an authorized person is inserted into the system as administrator and is therefore able to intervene in and operate on all subfields and can at all times check the turnover and its development.Employees in the salon receive their own password and have a certain amount of authority over the system determined by the administrator. The payment of the each shift comes about through the respective employee balance, i.e. each employee is responsible for that period of time.

All actions that have been carried out can be checked and, in special cases (a customer visits several times a day for tanning sessions with subscription, several try-outs in one day, etc.), they can be clarified as well.

Managers of several tanning salons are offered a module that enables management and payment, without the obligation of being present in each salon.
